What is ZiVa?

ZiVa (Zona Intelijen Virtual untuk Analisis) is your organisation's AI briefing assistant — accessible via WhatsApp, Slack, or Teams. It answers questions from your own data, in Bahasa Indonesia or English, in seconds.

Is my data sent abroad?

No. Logika.ai operates on servers hosted in Jakarta (GCP Asia Southeast 2). Your data never leaves Indonesia. This is by design — we call it Sovereign AI.

What does the setup fee cover?

Each data source requires engineering work: building the connector, testing the pipeline, mapping schemas, and validating data quality. This is a one-time cost — you don't pay it again for that source.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. We will prorate the difference for the remaining period of your current commitment. Downgrading is available at the end of a commitment cycle.

What is the Proforma Invoice process?

Generate a Proforma Invoice from this page. Send it to your procurement or finance team for approval. Once you email confirmation of payment to hello@logika.works, onboarding begins within 1 business day.

Is there a trial or PoC option?

We offer a paid PoC under the Starter plan — typically 3 months. This gives your team real results with real data before committing to a longer term. Contact us to discuss.
